In Cappadocia, about 2500 guests fly daily during the peak times of the season, and about 1000 guests fly during regular seasons. For our guests who are afraid of the balloon ride or heights, we can say that standing in the balloon basket feels the same as standing on the balcony or terrace of your home, but the difference here is that it is just moving. 90% of the year, there are only morning flights, and on some days it is possible to fly in the afternoon, which does not exceed 20 days a year. Afternoon flights take place at the last minute. Whether flights take place or not depends on wind speed and precipitation. In this regard, the Turkish Aeronautical Association conducts or does not carry out a risk check for companies every morning. A maximum of 100 balloons can take off at the same time, when there are more than 100 balloons, the second group of balloons can see the 2nd take-off, and take off after about 45 minutes.
There are 3 types of balloon tours;
- The standard balloon tour stays in the air for 60 minutes, the total organization time lasts 3 hours and is held in baskets for 25 people
- The deluxe balloon tour stays in the air for 90 minutes, the total organization time is 3.5 hours and is held in baskets for 15 people
- The VIP balloon tour stays in the air for 90 minutes, the total organization time is 3.5 hours and is held in baskets for 5 people

Short basic training is provided for beginner guests.
Our camels are trained, clean and docile.
Guests do not have to pay in advance for this tour.

Our tour can start early in the morning for daytime camel tours or at any time in the evening for the summer period for other periods.

You will be picked up from where you left off at the exact time given to you on the day of the flight (hotel, etc.).
First, you come to our office.
We carry out the registration process.
We have a light breakfast.
Your pilot is designated as a group and we move to the take-off area.
In the take-off area, we usually witness the preparation of the balloon for 15-20 minutes.
Our flight starts after our pilot explains the flight details.
During the flight, we fly very close to valleys and rock formations, while your pilot informs you about the area.
Then our pilot determines the landing area and the landing takes place.
After landing, we take pictures and have a small celebration.
Then, on land, our team picks you up from the landing site and brings you back to our office.
At the office, you receive your flight documents.
You can buy other promotional items, pictures, CDs, etc.
We will drop you off from our office back to the hotels.

Children under 6 years old are not allowed to fly
If the customer wants to cancel the tour, he must cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions (which arises on the morning of the flight and is not related to our companies, there is a flight risk due to weather conditions, and it is realized with the decision of the Turkish Aeronautical Association), you can try your luck for the flight the next morning within the framework of availability or you can get a 100% refund of your money.
